Our research team is devoted to developing a comprehensive understanding of the molecular basis of various diseases and the potential of using pharmacophore modeling to discover novel drug candidates. To this end, we are conducting a series of studies to assess the efficacy of pharmacophore modeling in different drug discovery contexts. We are also exploring techniques to improve the accuracy of pharmacophore-based virtual screening. We are also examining advanced methods such as structure-based pharmacophore modeling to predict better the efficacy of potential drugs and their potential for drug repurposing. Our research group is constantly striving to improve the accuracy and reliability of pharmacophore modeling and its application in virtual screening. We are continually exploring new strategies and approaches to increase the accuracy and reliability of pharmacophore modeling and its use in drug discovery.
